As a startup, Edcamp Foundation experienced explosive growth. This Gates Grant recipient is the leader and champion of the international movement to convene teachers to exchange ideas and knowledge for educational enrichment. Edcamp needed a skilled team of lawyers to swiftly provide critical startup support and to keep on pace with its rapid growth.
We helped Edcamp Foundation obtain 501(c)(3) status, but that was just the beginning. We concurrently addressed Edcamp’s legal needs and collaboratively coordinated resources, keeping costs contained and supporting all facets of startup.
